(hereinafter collectively Plaintiffs) appeal a summary judgment order dismissing Plaintiffs claims against Science and Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA). Third party defendants J. Stanton Keck and John Bevan appeal a second summary judgment order holding them personally liable for attorney fees SEA incurred in its defense. We affirm.
